XII International Academic Conference ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’ took place on November 22–25, 2022. The conference was organised by Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) of National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) within the framework of coordinated by the HSE University the World-class Scientific Centre ‘Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre’, and UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.

On November 22, the conference featured a session 'What Attracts High-Tech Companies: the Role of Universities and Venture Capital'.
