How to make Rousong Chicken Floss | 肉松 ( Breadmaker Version )

The Chinese New Year is approaching and the meat floss is a must-eat snack during the festive season. Hence, I have homemade some chicken floss in preparation for my family's enjoyment. It is very simple to make with low cost using breadmaker. Hope you all like it.
新年快到了,肉松是华人新年必吃的零食。我在家制作了些肉松给家人吃。做法简单又经济实惠。希望大家喜欢。
Serves: 4 person | Prep time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 75 mins
Ingredients:
Chicken breast 400g | 鸡胸肉 400克
Soy sauce 1 tbsp | 生抽 1汤匙
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp | 蚝油 1汤匙
Brown sugar 3 tbsp | 红糖 3汤匙
Pepper powder ¼ tsp | 胡椒粉 ¼茶匙
Sesame oil 1 tsp | 麻油 1茶匙
Cooking oil 1 tbsp | 食用油 1汤匙

01:25 | This breadmaker has a minimum cooking time('Jam' function) of 90 minutes. The toasting time I need is 70 minutes, hence I will switch off the machine at 70 minutes. Don't toast the chicken too dry so that the chicken floss can be more fluffy after kneaded
01:35 | Panasonic breadmaker must be cooled down before the kneading process can be started
01:56 | After the kneading process, the shredded meat is still a bit moist. Hence, toasting with a low fire can dry up the floss and improve fragrance. Keep stirring gently for a nice even toasted colour
【Rousong preservation: It can be stored at room temperature for 3 days or stored in the refrigerator for 7 days; It can be kept longer if it is toasted until fully dry】

01:25 | 我的面包机果酱模式时间最低是90分钟,所以我会在70分钟时关机。因为鸡肉不要烤太干,这样打出来的肉松会比较美。
01:35 | Panasonic面包机揉面模式必须放凉了一会儿才可以启动哦。
01:56 | 打完后的肉丝还有些湿气,用小火稍微把它炒干一下,这样肉松才会香。 要不停的轻轻搅拌,这样炒出来的颜色才会美和均匀。
【肉松保存:放室内可保存3天,放冰箱可保存7天;若炒干一点可保存久一些】
