The final challenge of 2024 sees me making not 1, not 2, but 3 different bakes for an Afternoon Tea! I made a selection of sandwiches and cakes for everyone to enjoy; egg and cress in a spiced roll, strawberry tarts with a cream patisserie filling, and a lemon cake with cream cheese and lemon curd.
A quintessential British pastime, perfect with a cuppa!
