1-2 roundly chopped white radish (medium or small ).
½ Lentil washed and drained.
½ tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
2-3 tsp olive oil/ vegetable oil.
½ tsp cumin/ mustard seeds.
1 bay leaf (optional).
Whole spices (2-3 cardamom , 1 stick cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 dry chilly ).
1 tsp finely chopped onions.
1 big chopped tomatoes.
1/2 tsp grated ginger.
1/2 tsp finally chopped garlic.
1 tsp chilli powder.
1/2 powder garam masala/ mix vegetable spices.
½ cup chopped coriander.
1/4 spoon sugar (it will enhance the taste)
