I'm calling it the first tear stone because it's difficult to describe where it is- it's the closest one to the syncronization point where you get dropped off in Asgard. It's south / southeast from the eagle fast travel point - in the main plaza after you cross the rainbow bridge. Hope it's the one you're looking for.
