A talk through what I carried on my Mountain Leader Assessment course in Snowdonia.

This kit was everything I needed to sustain me for three days during the Expedition phase. The rucksack weighs 15.9 KG plus 0.9 KG for the chest pack. This included all my water and food too.

I explain the reasons for carrying each item and how it worked for me on the course.
