They call it "topless" because that's exactly what it is! It's not a convertible. Someone bought the car, fixed it up, and chopped the top off while they were doing so. I don't have it in my possession yet but I'm really excited and looking forward to it so I thought I would post the video that the owner sent to me. I've wanted either a convertible or topless Karmann Ghia for 20 years and it's finally happening! I can't wait to drive this car away with my new bride in the passenger's seat after our wedding!
