This is a simple, pretty and easy aerial hoop beginner move - it's arm sit with crossed legs, a beautiful aerial hoop pose that's also a great way to help your aerial hoop strength with a pose inside the lyra. It's a good beginner lyra. This is a good lyra trick for aerial hoop beginner and intermediate aerial hoop students, and you don't need much aerial hoop flexibility (read that as "no aerial hoop splits required) :)
