His Holiness Bhakti Charu Swami was spiritual master and a Governing Body Commissioner (GBC) in the International Society for Krsna Consciousness (ISKCON). He was a disciple of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada - the Founder-Acharya of ISKCON and was regarded as one the most advanced devotees in the movement today.
