plastic squeezing agglomerator has two functions:
One is for dehydrate the wet PE PP plastic films after washing. The other is for agglomerating the plastic films to reduce the volume for more convenience in storage or transportation.
It can be used in the PE/PP plastic film crushing washing drying line, or independent using in the waste plastic film and bag recycling plant. With the forced screw pressing, the water will be squeezed out from the plastic film materials. then the plastic films will be semi-plasticized while out from the multiple hole plate which has heating system, and cut into pellets materials.The final moisture can be 3~8% by the plastic film squeezing agglomerator machine.
The PE/PP plastic film squeezing agglomerator machine has the following characters:

2, high dewatering rate, final moisture can be 5-9% after ewatering;
