Hi guys, in this week's video recipe tutorial I'm going to be showing you how to cook up a super delicious, and creamy soup.
This recipe can serve around 4-6 people, and should take you around 30 minutes to cook, excluding prep time.
This soup is great as an entrée, and goes really well with some bread. Speaking of which, I made some bread rolls to go along with the soup, and I will be teaching you how to make them in the video recipe coming next week.

----- Ingredients ------
- 80ml Olive oil
- 80g Garlic, cleaned
- 200g Onion, diced
- 300g Leek, sliced
- 1kg Potatoes, peeled and cut
- 6 Chicken drumsticks, skinless
- 400ml Milk
- 2L Water
- Salt & pepper
----- Instructions ------
1. Heat up a 4L saucepan, add olive oil, and garlic to cook for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the diced onion, and sweat for 4 minutes.
3. Add chicken drumsticks, and seal well by turning drumsticks around for 2 minutes.
4. Add leek, potatoes, and give everything a stir.
5. Pour milk, water, and cook for 10 minutes on high heat. Season the soup at this stage.
6. Reduce flame, cover saucepan with a lid, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
7. Take out the chicken drumsticks, and blend the soup to a smooth mixture.
8. Remove meat from the chicken drumsticks, and add to the blended soup.
9. Pour soup into a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with cracked pepper to serve.
