My friend Christie (adventures.of.cricket on Instagram) recently visited Bologna as one the the stops on our 23 day Italy/Vienna/Budapest trip.
One of the things we did while in Bologna was to climb the Asinelli tower which is one of the towers that makes up the two towers (or Due Torri). You can climb the (498 stairs (97 meters) to get to the top of the tower and get great views of Bologna.
