Nu Skin have been in business for 28 years (as of 2013) and in that time have touched the lives of many people. Most people in the network marketing industry are aware of Nu Skin.

Nu Skin's products are typically of a high quality. and they have pioneered many innovations.

Scam Claims: Those who refer to Nu Skin as a scam, are usually compensating for their own lack of success. Starting and building any business takes time and a lot of hard work. A fact for which, I will personally not apologize. Unfortunately, many people see the opportunity at exciting presentations, and can get caught up in the excitement. These are typically the people who go on to cry 'scam'.

Pyramid Scheme: Nu Skin offers the independent business owner an opportunity to make money from their own retailing and recruiting efforts (recruiting new agents). Value is entering the marketplace through product sales, therefore Nu Skin does not qualify as a pyramid scheme, where value is only derived from recruiting other agents.
