The tires of off-road vehicles typically operate at low pressure, causing a great deal of compressive stress to the side wall of the tyre in contact with the ground. The stress enlarges splits and holes due to the stretching of the rubber. Belzona Elastomers quickly repair and prevent further deterioration, for that reason extending the life cycle of the tires.

00:35 - Cutting away excess rubber
00:55 - Using a roughing brush to abrade the surface
01:21 - Applying Belzona 2911 (QD Conditioner)
01:45 - Masking off the repair area with tape to ensure a neat application
02:00 - Stirring the contents of the Solidifier container thoroughly to reincorporate any settlement
02:33 - Emptying the entire contents of the base container into the mixing bowl, then adding the solidifier
02:51 - Mixing thoroughly to combine the base and the solidifier
03:20 - Firmly applying Belzona 2111 (D&A Hi-Build Elastomer) using a brush
03:35 - Adding Belzona 9341 (Reinforcement Tape)
