Rimsky-Korsakov wrote over a dozen operas, though it is the orchestral suites or excerpts and a few arias from them that are best known in the West. One such piece is the 'Song of India' from "Sadko" which is heard here in an arrangement for wordless choir and the Kingsway Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Tutti Camarata. It comes from a "Phase 4 Stereo" LP entitled 'The Exotic Rimsky-Korsakov.'
