Hello friends, thought of sharing this song from my Album , 'Nuton O Sonaton Rabindranath' before the rains finally decide to depart. This CD was my first major CD and had helped me to launch myself into the musical arena as well. Always indebted to Times Music for giving me this break. In fact this was the very song that won the approval of Times Music when I was asked to produce a demo for their approval.
Prattyush da did a brilliant music arrangement for this song particularly, that was radical, yet aesthetic and yet' not in denial of any grammar.
I think this song and the sound scape still remains quite fresh even 13 years after its publication. Having said that, this particular vocal rendition was re-done by me very recently in 2023. In that way this is like a 'Self-Cover'!
Hope my listeners like listening to this, as much as they did 13 years ago, when it was first brought out.
