Lets increase our heart rate and have fun with this quick cardio calorie burning workout!
All moves are low impact and set to a timer so you can go at your own pace. No equipment needed and no jumping exercises.
We begin with a dynamic warm up, then perform 12 exercises with a timer that is 45 seconds of work, and 15 seconds rest while I demonstrate the next move. If you prefer a steady state cardio workout then simply work through the rest period. This workout is completed with a quick cool down with stretching.
