My thoughts on The Ultimate Cookie Handbook

Personally, fantastic book that allows for a simple dude like me with relatively new cooking skills to learn how to bake.

She covers some possible corrections based on common errors with baked goods, explanations for ingredients, and even some base recipes for you to experiment with.

I gave it a 9.5/10

Really, I can’t give a 10 on my first review. I would like some different holiday favorites as no one in my home was really interested in any of the options. Also, so many chocolate options with cookies, I’m not a big chocolate fan.

I’m nitpicking, the book is fantastic
