I could have beaten this plan with the normal start, but I lost focus at times and ended up losing.

Either way, this strategy mostly involves Healers and Tourist Cats, with other units to help ensure victory. Spawn Healer about 350~450 cash, after which he takes out Tourist as soon as possible, with the assistant of "Freeze" Up Combo (S+M), and... Congratulations, you managed to freeze per Hermit and victory awaits you ! So, don't stop generating M.Eraser and occasionally send some MML to protect Healer and Tourist from peons.
You can use Awakened Bahamut or other high DPS units to destroy this level.
