Professor Robert McMillen shows how to fix the error in Camtasia when recording "Cannot load file..." "It is either an unsupported media type or required codecs are not found." This only appears after clicking the stop button on a recording and the Camtasia Studio editor program loads. This is unrelated to the same error when dragging a file to the media tab.
