Day 3 - We started from Srinagar to Gulmarg, which is also known as Gulmarag. A Hill station which is very popular skiing destination. Located 49kms from Srinagar.
We took Gondola - Cable car to reach Phase 1 and the journey was mind-blowing but the weather is unpredictable. One can also take horses as well to reach phase 1. You need 2 to 3 hours only to enjoy the gondola ride as well as the activities available on top.
Gondola tickets will cost you Rs. 700 till Phase 1 & Rs.900 for Phase 2. You need entry tickets for both the phases. Make sure you carry photo ID proof also as they check it during the entry at the Gondola Station. Tickets can be booked online, try and book the tickets 10-15 days early.
