- VIDEO DESCRIPTION -
In this third part of our series on why nutrition matters, we are interested in whether we can prevent, or even reverse, chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes or heart disease by changing our diet. There is a vast literature covering this topic, which can sometimes make it difficult to find pieces of information that we can use in our daily lives to be healthier. We have selected a few studies to identify which concrete dietary choices are clearly linked to a lower risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes or heart disease.
