For this year's coverage of the two sessions, we have a special section called the "Focus Group", which brings together professionals from various fields to talk about the most outstanding issues in China. In today's Focus Group we will look at the role of the CPPCC national committee in shaping China's democracy. We have invited two members of the committee and two researchers from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to share their observations on China's advisory body.
