The Phuket Town Morning Market is a great place to explore the food of Thailand, Thai street food & Thai culture. It is open from around 5AM until 10AM every day. It's a great place to shop, or to have breakfast, with many choices of prepared food available. At night it becomes a street food market with many vendors offering a wide variety of authentic Thai food.

Phuket Town (AKA Phuket Old Town) is very different to, and much cheaper than the more touristy areas like Patong Beach, Kata Beach and Karon Beach. It is a more authentic Thai style town with many Chinese influences and gives an insight into the old Phuket. It's a very interesting place for a visit, and a great place to explore Thai culture. It's definitely worth a look when on holidays in Phuket Thailand.

The markets in Thailand are a great place to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand. And they're a great place to try traditional Thai street foods, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai food in Thailand. And best of all, the food is cheap. Eating at markets is a good way to save money on your Thailand holidays.
