On June 24-26 we went to Tupper Lake for the annual Tinman Triathlon. I completed the Olympic course for the race. I had a lot of fun but really struggled on the run with the heat. We also enjoyed Lake Eaton campground, went paddleboarding on lake Eaton and hiked Goodnow Mountain Firetower. I hope you enjoy the video and as always thank you for watching.
