Banff, Alberta has a few big name mountains in close proximity to the town and none stands out more than Cascade Mountain. Rising just short of 3,000m, it makes for an epic hike and one long day.
Cascade is the mountain you'll see in many iconic photos from Banff avenue and it doesn't disappoint. Give yourself a day and make it a reality to see the amazing views from above.
I've created this video with the intent to aid others with knowledge of the hike from Bow Falls up to the summit.
