Join me in making the Lowland Sweater Romper. It is designed to be a loose fitting romper. I am using cotton Lycra fabric. The lowland sweater romper is an easy pattern to make. It does require snaps. If you don’t have experience adding snaps to a garment, practice on a piece of scrap fabric first.
