Hello foodies.Welcome to veg food manual.Today let us learn authentic brahmins style bisi bath recipe.It is obviously done in many ways.It so happened that in a marriage function I tasted authentic bisibelebath recipe I personally met aduge bhatta or chef & asked him for recipe.Though he din't explain it to me fully he just explained me a overview of bisibelebath recipe. I tried it & it turned out awesome.So thought of sharing this recipe with you guys.You should definately try it.I have used MTR bisibelebath powder ,if you want the recipe of bisibelebath powder then please comment below I shall upload it.This goes well with curd,pickle,papad etc. Anyhow I have prepared cucumber raita which goes well with this bisibelebath recipe.Here is the recipe : [ Ссылка ]

INGREDIENTS
1.Rice:1.25 Glass
2. Toordal: 3/4th glass
3.Yellow Moong dal:1/4th glass
4.Oil : 1tsp
5.Salt:1 tsp
5.Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
6.Water: 4 glasses
7.Vegetables (1.5 Cup)
Tomato,Beans,Carrot,Potato,Kohlrabi,Peas,Capsicum

For Bisibelebath gojju
8.Ghee:1 tbsp
9.Cashewnuts:3 Tbsp
10.Oil:3-4 Tbsp
11.Peanuts:1/4th Cup
12.Mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
13.Cumin Seeds:1/2 tsp
14.Hing:1/4 th tsp
15.Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
16.Dry Red Chillies:3-4
17.Curry leaves
18. MTR Bisibelebath powder
19.1/4th cup tamarind extract
20.Jaggery:Small lemon sized
21.Red Chilli powder:2 Tsp
22.Salt :as per taste
23.Water :2 glasses
24.Coriander leaves
25.Ghee:1 Tbsp
