On 27th Jan 2024, I went to do the Seaford Beach parkrun at the seaside in East Sussex and, by chance, the parkrun founder Paul Sinton-Hewitt "PSH" was barcode scanning so I got mine scanned by him and had a quick chat.
On the face of it, my run was a bit disappointing so I have a deep dive into the data on Strava (and Sauce for Strava) and runbritainrankings.com & Power of 10 to see if it actually wasn't as bad as I thought.
