Cheese Sauce:
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Garnish:
Sour Cream
Sliced Green Onions
Salt and Pepper to Taste
