Now in stock with here at RFH Classics we have this 1978 (S) MGB 1.8 Roadster finished in Vermillion with an upgraded Black Leather piped with Red Trim. This great looking roadster, that looks really stunning in this colour, has been the subject of an extensive previous restoration and has stood the test of time really well. The paintwork is in good order and is off set by the addition of the 15 inch Minilite Wheels which have the nice polished edge finish. During the restoration the interior was upgraded to have Black Leather seat covers with the complementing Red piping and a new carpet set fitted making the whole interior very clean indeed. The roof has been replaced at some point and now features an opening rear window which is great for ventilation if you don’t fancy the roof all the way down. The engine starts and runs very well with good hot and cold oil pressure. We have now done around a hundred and fifty miles in the car and the Overdrive is working perfectly. Overall this car looks and drives very well and is going to be perfect for the up coming summer.
Under current guidelines this car is exempt from needing an MOT however prior to leaving us it will have been through our workshops and given a comprehensive vehicle inspection, independent MOT and benefit from a 3 Month Warranty. This vehicle is eligible for historic road tax. We welcome customers to have an independent inspection carried out for additional peace of mind.
