Kabuli pulao, afghani pulao or uzbeki pulao recipe is a typical afghani rice cooking which has a great taste. It is cooked in natural spices and some common vegetables. The afghani pilao recipe differs from other rice recipes is mainly due to its particular method.
Fry beef or mutton in a curry adding some spices. After frying, add a glass of water for softness. Fry some carrots and raisin in a different pan and add it to the boiling beef.
