It was confirmed on Wednesday (21/10) by a member of former Augusto Pinochet's delegation from Chile that the former Chilean Dictator, who has been placed under arrest pending extradition to Spain, was not only in London for medical treatment, but had arrived on an arms buying mission. Corino Noboa, a member of the UDI Party (Independent Democratic Unity Party) made his comments at a news conference at the
Chilean Embassy in London.
