I delve into great detail, keeping in mind how certain 'positive' pieces of content have made me feel at different points of my life. There's a lot of hard work that goes into keeping your mind feeling sane, and to me, a certain level of positivity is just so important. I'm someone who puts peace of mind above everything else, and in today's video you'll get one step closer to understanding my thoughts on how to ACTUALLY bring yourself to a calm, positive state without being immediately affected by what you see online.
