Please see that I am a postgraduate, gold medalist, in pure psychology and working on Police reforms and Forensic psychology (an intervention procedure in the Indian Judiciary by the Indian Evidence Act of 1872 ,Clause 45,"Opinion of Experts" ,wherein any expert in their relevant field of expertise --Banking,Insurance ect.can offer their years of grey relevant experience as an intervention affidavit/expert witness to the Indian Judiciary.)since 1986.
As my family is also of State Bank of India , I was subjected to many postings which although enriched me in my quest also hindered the ultimate culmination of the project .Presently I have submitted an application too on same at

where there is an opening for a year on contractual basis ,which I hope I will be able to secure ,seeing the years of experience I have put in ; in the project.
Ultimately my aim is to introduce Forensic Psychology as a functional human enterprise in India ,and see no better platform than our police and banking sectors ,wherein stress may erode performance.
Forensic Psychology as a distilled endeavor is under the aegis of American Psychological Association, pioneers of human growth and enterprise. My dream is to see State Bank of India listed too at New York Stock Exchange as a global endeavor to uplift sales/investment and entrepreneurship. Mutual Funds are the Vehicle in USA.
Coming to my purpose of writing to you ,I request you that ,there is a need for a recreation centre at the head office wherein the following activities will be undertaken if you give me an opportunity to serve as a
"Social Emotional Spiritual Co-ordinator" SESC
1. Organizing spiritual discourses on stress relief.
2. Gym work-outs and stress relief exercises.Yoga.
3. Psychological group discussions on pressures facing bankers once a week.
4. Family get togethers like picnics, competitions, relevant national days get togethers, seminars, workshops by eminent social entities, music and poetry recitals and other activities which bring to-gether the families of SBI together for mutual trust and growth.
5. Private Psychological counseling to individual members purely for stress relief .
6. Getting together for an hour everyday directly after office hours ,relaxing , reading newspapers ,books, magazines of interest in the recreation room.
7. Putting up simple routine complaints of each other during working or other such petty matters ,which have caused discord forward to the co-ordinator ,who will solve it through the relevant authority, ie. giving a platform to voice grievances without the pressure of either unions or risks of insubordination. Here legal advisor to the bank can work along with the co- ordinator.
8. Solving bureaucratic hassles and complaints of bankers and police matters too through arbitration and mediation by the co-ordinator who will be authorized to intervene in the matter by the State Bank of India ,even at an International level.
Please see that I am submitting my degrees on same for your perusal as also would require space and funds for same ,if the idea takes root favorably in your administration .ALCO is also such an arbitrary body. My years of experience and time that I have spent both at my work as well as part of a family of State Bank of India gives me the strength to undertake this massive endeavor.
Please give it a thought and just like any other industry I would submit proper proposal for same ,the blue print and costs involved ,so that we can make a headway at least at the main branch Delhi. Please see that good and healthy officers make for good and healthy Banking. 1960.
