Mariah Carey is in Paris with the whole family for her wedding anniversary

We spotted the Diva superstar Mariah Carey in the city of lights ( She's in town to celebrate with Nick Cannon her 4th year wedding anniversary )
The singer was on her way to the Plaza Athenee when she met a very dedicated fan, who started to lose it when Mariah touched her, crying and felling on the floor !
