This is a video to address the question that has been asked so many times. It's not here to blame or point fingers. It's to talk about the issues as they are. I don't expect everybody to agree, but I know that we can agree that there needs to be an honest conversation that addresses where the feelings and action originate. In no way do I support name calling or put downs. This is not an attempt to put people down. Also, this is not an attempt to talk hard at people and score cheap points with people who say hurtful things. This will be obvious from the video.
