After a rather interesting ramen from Nigella Lawson, today let's react to Jamie Oliver also cooking the famous Japanese soul food Ramen! Originating from China, Ramen in Japan has evolved into something completely in its own class these days. In Tokyo, we have an endless variety of ramen noodles to choose from!

So tomodachis, while easy ramen is not what we find in restaurants like Ichiran or Ippudo tonkotsu ramen, should we try to make some more Japanese ramen recipes in our home cooking podcast ?

From BBC Foods to Jamie Oliver, Nat's what I reckon, Kays cooking and Gordon Ramsay - most recently, so many of Chef Wan's delicious recipes, it was fun to see Uncle Roger feature some popular dishes from Japan today! We are really excited for another Taiwanese and Japanese reaction to Uncle Roger!
