Cleveland weather forecast for Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Tonight will be COLD. We'll drop back into the 30s for most locations with a frosty start to your Friday morning.
Our next system slides through Friday with increasing clouds and a few showers expected. We're not looking at a lot of rain out of this system at all -- it lacks a connection with the Gulf of Mexico -- but you'll have to dodge the raindrops if you have Friday afternoon plans. We'll begin to dry out late Friday into Friday night.
This front will set the stage for a cooler, but dry weekend with a mix of clouds and some sunshine. Highs both Saturday and Sunday will park themselves in the mid 50s.
Next week will feature fall's first strong storm system in the central and northern Plains. A deep area of low pressure will develop Monday well to our west. This will create quite the steady diet of gusty southwest winds Tuesday-Thursday. Rain and storms will develop Tuesday in the Plains and we'll track this band of rain into our area on Halloween. We'll turn warm next week out ahead of this system, but unfortunately, we'll turn rain at some point on Halloween as it looks right now.
