Kassai inspired casual fast reload and shooting practise where you nock an arrow while squatting down and loose an arrow when returning back up. Despite of shooting with a thumb draw I hold the arrows in the bow hand. The arrow arrangement is a bit different compared to Kassai style and mediterranean draw, but fast nocking with thumb draw is nevertheless achieved. The bow is #52 pound Persian bow by Grozer.
