This is the best situation Magneto’s ever been a part of. Nothing has suited him more. Even when he was ruling the island nation of Genosha, he never had the full backing of mutantkind like he does now, or children literally chanting his name in joyous rapture.

For all the fun of seeing him get this moment, I can’t help but think this is Hickman setting him up for a fall.
