Tour of Islamabad One Constitution Avenue Apartment!

I've found the best apartment view for expats and locals in Islamabad! This luxury building is One Constitution Avenue and this spacious 3-bedroom / 3 bath apartment has been my home for the past 9 months. It’s unfurnished but comes with a washing machine, kitchen setup with refrigerator / induction stovetop / oven / blender / toaster, a huge Smart TV ... and it's the only building in Islamabad with this breathtaking view of Rawal Lake.

IS IT SAFE?
One Constitution Avenue Apartments are located on the same land as Jinnah Convention Centre, opposite Serena Hotel Islamabad, and just down the street from the Diplomatic Enclave.

The building is the perfect apartment for expats, diplomatic families, ministers, and government officials given the tight level of security here.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT
I find the building to be challenging for sleep. The exterior walls were never properly insulated so traffic noise sounds right alongside you. If you can sleep through anything, then no worries. But if not, please be aware that starting around 6am the horn honking begins on the main road below. I highly recommend a white noise machine + Honeywell Laser Lite CE 0333 earplugs (I tested 8 types, these are the only ones that work for me).
