In this video I upgrade my factory RV door latches to new ones.

One door gets a keyless latch from RVLock and the second door gets a new mechanical latch that is keyed to match.
I ran into a small problem when installing the latches, the factory FCI “Leonardo” latches were oversized and the new latches didn’t cover the hole. I was able to solve the problem with some custom-made metal plates.
