Autobidder is a machine learning program that optimizes energy hardware use and monetization. Tesla's Autobidder and energy optimization product lead, Rohan Ma, confirmed the platform's portfolio has expanded from 1.2 GWh in 2022 to 7 GWh in 2023. Despite expanding battery energy system production, Tesla still has a two-year order backlog for the Megapack. The batteries are being used worldwide, including in California, Massachusetts, and Queensland, Australia.
