More residents in Angola's capital Luanda are receiving clean tap
water, thanks to the expansion of a water treatment plant built by
C-M-E-C, a specialist Chinese infrastructure company. The Candelabro
Water Plant is a key infrastructure project under the Angolan Ministry
of Energy and Water Resources. CGTN's Angelo Coppola tells us more
