Punch up your PSL with creamy oat milk! In this video we'll show you how to make a healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte with Oat Milk in your Almond Cow.
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats (rinsed)
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice*
Hot coffee to the minimum line
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Rinse rolled oats.
Add rolled oats, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice to filter basket.
Attach filter basket to the Almond Cow top.
Pour hot coffee to the minimum line in the Almond Cow base. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract to the water. Blend for one cycle.
*For homemade pumpkin pie spice, combine 1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp ground ginger, and ⅛ tsp cloves.
