According to a Civil Society Organisation, Act for Positive Transformative Initiative, crime fighting agency EFCC has since 2020 illegally syphoned a whopping sum of N500 billion from the accounts of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

Convener of the group Kolawole Johnson made the allegation this during a press conference in Abuja today.

In his reaction, Spokesman of EFCC Wilson Ewujare said to journalist via phone call that NDDC has not written officially to his Agency on the matter and as a result, they cannot respond to the allegation.
