Make sure you're exploiting this in High Round games. The most efficient way to use them is to probably burn your 4 Self Revives first as that way you can make sure you have room to pick up a free one, if it drops!

1 Free Self Res
3 Self Res' from Crafting
3 Quick Revives
3 Dying Wishes
and Potentially infinite amount of Selfs from Zombie drops!
