REPETITIONS - 1 - 2x each

Articulates spine, wrings out torso, opens front body
Strengthens obliques
TIPS & CUES
Teach in stages, on floor first, then carriage out long, then carriage short
Assist with hands on hips to lift back in
Keep lift in powerhouse, do not dump into low back
During Twist, lift hip of bent leg to pull carriage in
