While on a joint mission with the Navy Seals Snipers, Army Bravo Troop and USMC 3D CAG we did a draw fire patrol and civil affairs patrol to find details on a medical clinic that was blown up. Temp was about 120 degrees, three squads were going house to house running between open fields. After about 4 hours while leaving the area the third squad was pinned down in a open field. They popped smoke and made it out however the SEAL Team was taking fire and called in close air support from a F18 it completed 3 strafing runs as the SEAL Team extracted. Good Shit!
